Pension Stará plynárna offers original accommodation in the village Hřensko, which is the heart of the Czech Switzerland National Park.Beautiful stone house was built on the stream in 1905 by German workers. It was a gasworks on acetylene gas, which supplied coal gas dozen nearby homes. Gasworks building was constructed on a suitably chosen place in a relatively narrow ravine, where in case of an explosion impair occupied houses in the village. Its purpose but served only about twenty years.

Each of the 4 rooms has an original interior. The two rooms have a private bathroom and two rooms share a bathroom. Free parking and WIFI access are available. Breakfast included.

Restaurants in steampunk style. The guest house also has a restaurant. The visitors will also be surprised by their steampunk style interior. Guests can make use of this restaurant for all-day dining.

The restaurant is decorated with gears, rivets and a huge clock whose gears are visible every hour with 40 seconds rotates accompanied by the sound mechanics.
