Bear Kyjovská LP1771 offers a year-round rental in a separate house for 7-9 persons with the possibility of children’s beds. On the ground floor, there is a large living space with a big Conner sofa bed, TV and bar, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining room with two tables for 8-10 persons and a bathroom with a large (2m²) bricked shower, wc, washbasin and with an urinal. The entire ground floor, except a bathroom, is one open space about 80m².

In the first floor on the left, there is a maisonette bedroom with a sleeping loft (2+2beds) and a big loggia with a view to the south of the valley.

In the middle of the first floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a bath, wc and a washbasin.

On the right, there is another bedroom with three beds and a big walk-closet (a separate small room).

Heating – combination: American Cast Iron wood burning stove, under floor heating and radiators.

Parking is available directly at the object, pets after agreement with the condition that it will not stay deserted in the house.

It is absolutely non-smoking house.

Big fireplace with seating, a barbecue, a large playground with climbing frames. A possibility of barbecue.
