Cottage Kyjovanka - accommodation:

The cottage offers accommodation for till 20 persons in 7 bedrooms.

On the ground floor of the cottage you will find one four-bed room with bathroom.

Upstairs are three double rooms, one triple and one quadruple room, all rooms have private bathroom. Pets after agreement.

The bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. On the ground floor separate men's and women's toilets. Central heating with automatic solid fuel boiler (guests do not care about heating). 

Minimum length of accommodation

July to August: 7 nights
Low season: minimum stay 2 nights.
Check-In: from 16:00 - 19:00
Departure until 10:00 

Cottage Kyjovanka - catering:

Cooking own or local in restaurants 300 to 500 meters away, shopping in larger cities 4 to 15 km away. Available on the ground floor fully equipped kitchen (electric ceramic hob today, hood, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher).

There is also a lounge with a bar for 30 seats, WIFI internet. 

Cottage Kyjovanka - other services:

- spacious veranda to store the stroller or wheels
- private parking at the cottage, for six to eight cars.
- bus stop about 300 meters.
- Possibility of renting draft equipment 500 CZK per stay, and providing cask beer, transport and handling fee 150 CZK / barrel.

Cottage Kyjovanka - pricelist:

Minimum stay 2 nights.
Prices per night for the whole cottage (1 - 12 persons):
Winter season: 4 500, - CZK
Summer season: 4 500, - CZK
Low season: 4 500 CZK

Refundable deposit is 5000 CZK and paid on the spot. 

If canceled up to: more than 3 months before arrival, the cancellation fee is 10% of the total price. If canceled up to: less than 3 months and more than 2 months before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price. Cancellation less than 2 months prior to arrival is 100% cancellation fee.
